Harper is an AI-powered side-hustle planning service. This AI Disclaimer explains what AI outputs are, what they are not, and the responsibilities you take on when you use them. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

What Harper Generates

When you use Harper we generate text, structured data, images (such as the Personal Business Canvas and the 30-Day Action Map), and short videos (the 60-second walkthrough and the 30-second income forecast). All of this is produced by artificial intelligence models trained on large datasets. AI outputs are statistical predictions, not statements of fact. They reflect patterns in the training data and patterns in the inputs you provide.

Outputs Are Not Professional Advice

Harper's outputs are not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, licensing advice, immigration advice, real estate advice, lending or credit advice, employment advice, medical advice, mental-health advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Harper is not a registered investment adviser, broker, attorney, accountant, tax preparer, immigration consultant, real estate agent, lender, employment agency, or licensed professional of any other kind. Consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making any decision that has legal, tax, financial, regulatory, immigration, employment, real estate, medical, or safety consequences.

Income Forecasts Are Estimates Only

The 30-day income forecast video and any income range you see in Harper (for example, "$420 to $1,180 per month") are estimates only. They are based on the inputs you provide (your goal, your weekly hours, your starting budget, your stated skills) and on observed patterns in the markets we reference. They are not a guarantee of income. They are not a promise of returns. They are not a warranty of profit. Your actual results depend on your execution, your niche, your timing, your audience, your competitors, your pricing, your delivery, and many other factors that Harper cannot see and cannot control. Past results of others are not predictive of your results. You should treat every forecast as a planning prompt, not as a financial projection you can rely on for borrowing, investing, lifestyle changes, or any other consequential decision.

You Must Verify Outputs

You are responsible for verifying every output before you act on it. Do your own research. Cross-check facts. Confirm prices, regulations, platform policies, and tax rules in your jurisdiction. Speak with a licensed professional where the decision is consequential. The risk of acting on an unverified AI output is yours.

Bias, Errors, and Hallucinations

AI models can be wrong. They can produce content that looks confident but is factually incorrect (often called "hallucinations"). • financial or investment decisions involving securities, derivatives, foreign exchange, or cryptocurrencies;
• credit, lending, or borrowing decisions about you or about other people;
• employment decisions about other people, including hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation;
• housing decisions about other people, including tenant screening or rental approvals;
• judicial or law-enforcement decisions of any kind;
• any decision that requires a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

No Warranty

Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Harper does not warrant that any output is accurate, current, complete, fit for a particular purpose, free from infringement, or that any plan you generate will succeed.

Liability

Our liability for AI outputs is described in the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service. In short: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid Harper in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Reporting an Issue

If you encounter a harmful, dangerous, or clearly incorrect output, email support@harperbusinessconsultancy.com with the output and a brief description. We use these reports to improve safety guardrails and to remove or regenerate outputs where appropriate.

Effective Date and Changes

This AI Disclaimer takes effect on April 30, 2026. We may update it from time to time and will note the date of the most recent change at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated AI Disclaimer.
